Waitlist Status
We are currently full, and have a waitlist, but not everyone on the waitlist is ready when rooms become available.
Professional Staff and Training
In senior living, we have many folks apart of our team to make sure we take care of our residents. We have caregivers, MedTech’s, and a wellness director to oversee all care needs. All training is done on site, but many come from a healthcare background and have been here since opening day.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have 24-hour care staff here on site that help assist with residents who press their call button. We have a sign in kiosk that helps screen visitors and guests. The doors are locked from 7pm to 7am.
Transition Support Services
We have a bus that is included in the cost that helps transport anyone within 20 miles of the community.

Dining Experience
We have breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, and dinner at 5. It is hosted in the dining room and is a big event every day for all the residents. The menu has about 25 options, along with two specials every day. It is very similar to dining in a restaurant.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We have complaint forms at the front desk for families and residents, but the Executive Director is always a call or visit away to help address any concerns.
Cost of Living
I included the price sheet for Independent Living and Assisted Living. Cost starts at $4,590.
Communication with Residents' Families
We use a system called sagely that sends communication and photos if desired to the families to keep them updated on what is happening on the day to day. We also communicate with email blasts, and the monthly newsletter.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We are full now, so we are not set up for respite stays at this time.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes we are, there is a pet fee (see attached doc on pricing)
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We are able to do this on site if a resident would like. We use a physician group called Integrative Medical Home Care that assists with this.
Aging in Place
Our goal is to keep our residents here to age in place. We have residents who transition from Assisted to Memory Care, Or Independent to Assisted. With all the care staff and vendors we have in place, we have a perfect set up to age in place. We are currently full, and have a waitlist, but not everyone on the waitlist is ready when rooms become available.
