Safety and Security of residents:

• Our digital key system simplifies the process of replacing lost keys, including the efficient deactivation of the lost key for security purposes.
• We provide gated parking exclusively accessible to our residents.
• The Fire Department as well as EMS have a programmed key which has access to building entrances and the gated parking area, ensuring expedited response times during emergencies.
• Our volunteer Resident Emergency Team convenes monthly, dedicated to community preparedness during challenging situations such as inclement weather and other emergencies. Comprised of proactive residents, this team stands ready to offer support and assistance to fellow community members.
• All the policies and procedures for not only residents, but staff and vendors as well, are created with safety and security in mind.

One of the benefits of a Greystar community is our vast resources and services! We have tons of resources available to aid residents in this transition process. Resources such as moving services, downsizing specialists, housekeeping services, etc. We even partner with a company which creates a custom plan (including things such as repairs, deep cleaning, etc.) and guarantees the sale of the resident's house.

A complaint is a problem waiting to be solved. We investigate into complaints that brought to our attention and address them according to our policies and procedures. Often simple conversations resolve most issues that arise.

The cost of living at our community varies based on layout, location, and square footage of each unit.

• Our 1 bedroom/1 bathrooms range from $1399 - $1994
• Our 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms range from $1850 - $2610

A little about our Active Adult Community-

• Independent Living Focus: Our community prioritizes independent living for residents, adhering strictly to Fair Housing regulations and company policies. In accordance, we do not offer any form of care and communicate primarily with residents' designated emergency contacts during emergencies, enabling residents to maintain direct communication with their loved ones.
• Transportation Partnerships: While direct transportation services are not provided, we've forged partnerships with transportation providers like Lift services to offer residents convenient transportation options. Additionally, we collaborate with various transportation organizations to cater to residents' diverse needs.
• Dining Arrangements: Residents are responsible for their meals, as we do not operate dining services within the community. However, we enhance community engagement by providing snacks and light refreshments at multiple events, without operating any on-site restaurants or dining facilities.
• Medical Services Policy: We do not provide any medical services, including vaccinations, encouraging residents to access healthcare through their chosen providers outside the community.
