Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our team is led by a General Manager (GM) with 49 years of experience in assisted living, whose mother also resides here, ensuring a personal commitment to the quality of care. Our staff includes 3 Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), 1 Health Services Director, 1 Care Director, 3 Assistant Care Directors, along with Medication Technicians and Care Managers. Each member undergoes rigorous training specific to their role, focusing on the unique needs of our residents.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we offer wander guard capabilities, secure memory care, and the option for motion sensors in rooms. Our pendant alert system and daily meetings among the care team and GM help us monitor and respond to residents' needs promptly. New residents are reassessed 14 days after arrival and every 90 days thereafter.
Transition Support Services
We warmly welcome new residents with a song in the lobby, personal introductions, and one-on-one time with our life enrichment team to understand their interests and ease their transition into the community.
