Additional Fees

- Utilities: $121.50 per month
- Basic Cable: $12.95 per month

- Additional Meals: $10.00 per meal
- Additional Housekeeping Service: $25.00 per hour (Minimum of 1 hour)
- Personal Care Service: $25.00 per hour
- Laundry: $10.00 per load (Washing, Drying, Folding, & Returning. Resident provides detergent)
- Pet Deposit: $500.00 one-time non-refundable deposit per pet (Maximum of 2 pets)
- Transportation Escort Fee: $35.00 per hour (Minimum of $35.00 per Trip)
Amenities Include
- Light housekeeping for 1 hour per week to include dusting of window seals, visible baseboards, vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning of kitchen, and sweeping/mopping as time permits.
- One Complimentary meal per day per resident. Complimentary meals are for resident use only.
- Transportation for community planned events and doctor’s appointments within city limits of Johnson City and during regular business hours Monday through Thursday.
- Maintenance service for community property.
