Reviews
General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
After serving in an administrative capacity at a skilled nursing facility in Broward County for 14 years it is my pleasure to leave this review. My Mom was in the rehab for three weeks. The staff were all super friendly and responsive to my Mother’s needs. It was my first time being the Family Member. Thanks to the dedication of the staff I always went home with confidence my Mom was cared for. I would stay in the rehab my own self. I have visited hundreds of similar places throughout my years in the field and this is the first place where I wouldn’t mind staying my own self. I congratulate the staff on a job well done!!
My mother was in Abbey Delray for only 3 weeks before she died (under hospice care). For the past 3 weeks I have called several times, leaving messages to no avail. Finally today I received a call back. I had 2 questions:1. when can I pick up my mothers belongings? (I was told her things were donated because no one came to claim them in 30 days) My mother isn't gone 30 days yet and no one from Abbey Delray even called me when my mom passed..2. When can I expect refund of deposit?. (Was told someone would get back to me). No one called. This shouldn't be this hard.
