My mother has been in AG Rhodes at 350 Boulevard for almost two years and I truly couldn't have been happier with the care she receives. I am eternally grateful to the entire stuff for it takes a lot of patience and kindness to care for these folks. It's a huge piece of mind knowing that my mother is in good hands. Thank you Kristie and Bahaa for always being there for me. I appreciate it deeply and will never forget what you do for my mom day in and day out. Thank you!!!!

If you care about your relative, do not put them in the facility on Boulevard.  The Director (Kristie Davis) is incompetent and and should not be in charge of caring for the elderly.  The only thing they care about is getting your money. If you want you relative taken care of, you will be required to do most of it yourself.  All you will get from them is a bunch of excuses and lies.

Okay, this may be premature but...I toured a few places before learning about this facility. Making a choice like this is emotional and it helps to have outside help. An advocate for folks in my position suggested I take a look at this facility. After the others I toured, holy smokes. Friendly staff, check. Clean facility, check. Communicative, check. So yes, please. So my mother moves in and we have gotten multiple calls regarding her care, her progress, questions, recommendations for how to coordinate with outside physicians, etc. It is like 21st century care instead of the stereotypical nursing home where people go to die. Oh, Ms Wheat and the staff on the short term rehab unit and the ancillary staff is wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother this week.

If you care about your loved one, do not send them to this facility. As another person stated management is a joke. That is an understatement. You will end up having to care for your own loved one while they make excuses. Prescription glasses missing, dentures missing, clothes missing, no pillows on the bed--- then their excuse is that they want to give your loved one as much freedom as possible. They have dementia!!No, you just want a free paycheck!
