The director meets with you to discuss your case in detail. In the end, they promise you everything that you need but do not fulfill the promises that were made. We were told we would get nursing assistance for 5 days a week 8 hours per day. We are lucky to get 1 nurse per week to cover doctors visits. Look at all the online reviews available for this company and any other nursing agency that is available to you before you call them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
