At progressive care center all staff work together to provide an at home experience away from home. They take all types of steps to ensure that your loved one has everything that is needed! I couldn’t be happier with the staff and all the love and support they offer for families who need it the most.
With considerable angst, mainly because of the new contract transition and staff changes, my husband began an extensive rehab at PCC. Thanks to Dr. McCurry, the focused and attentive administration, the calibre of nurses and CNAs’ were both professional and personable. This quality service was maintained at every level, from all mentioned above, as well as Physical/Occupational Therapy, Transportation, Cleaning and Laundry with the Dining Hall cooks and servers providing excellent food and service with a smile. My husband gratefully continued to improve under their good care, I was there as his support and advocate several times every day for seven weeks. We both are impressed and grateful that we have this calibre of care in our community.
