We have roomy one bedroom and studio apartments with the latest comfort and safety features. Prestige is a wonderful Assisted living with a home like feel and in a beautiful setting. Administration, DON, and Owner of facility are very involved in resident care and will do everything they can to accommodate residents. I reccomend 100%
We are so thankful to have found Prestige for Mom. After trying 2 other memory care places in Fayetteville, we weren’t finding the quality care we needed, so we looked further away and so happy we did! The staff at Prestige were top notch and we did not experience the constant churn of staff like we had in the other facilities. They provide a loving, caring home- like feel. As soon as we moved her in, she started to improve and hospice was no longer needed for several months. She even began to read books again and enjoy life. Best decision we made for Mom❤️

I have the pleasure of working with the new management team at Green Acres. The administrator is leading the team towards accomplishing goals of compassionate care and service excellence for the residents. I love seeing the renewed energy of the staff and the sweet smiling faces of the residents. The facility is neat, clean and orderly. My favorite part is the beauty of nature that surrounds Green Acres... making it a haven for rest, rehabilitation and restoration 😊

I have my reasons.i loved the owners.but the ones who run the show now..need more honesty and integrity.place has alot of great potential.but far from reaching that.i would not put my loved one there.they need karey hiner back.
Green Acres has the best staff to work with and has an awesome environment for their residents to live in. As the marketer for Northwest Home Health I have had the opportunity to hold activities for the residents and actually be in the facility and I would recommend Green Acres ALF to anyone!
Prestige Assisted Living has worked well for my Mom's transition from Assisted Living to Memory Care to now in room Hospice. The staff have always been so loving with her and willing to work with us in regards to her care, especially during challenging Covid times. It feels like home and not a medical facility.
The staff and administration are wonderful! They all work as a team to take the best care possible of the residents! Definitely recommend this facility!

Dr Embry and I have been going to Prestige for 3 years now! We have seen so much growth in the staff and facility! The residents are so sweet and enjoy living there!Prestige is a wonderful place where your loved ones can reside and be well cared for!
Prestige is a wonderful facility! The staff truly care about all the residents and work very hard to make sure they are well taken care of. I would trust them with my family anytime!
By far the saddest -barely running facility I’ve worked in. Staff and residents are treated very poorly.. Not a place for your loved ones. Administration is never there.
I was very pleased with our experience at Prestige Assisted Living. The staff are very caring and tried to get to know my Dad. They look and feel is homey and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and the setting is beautiful. The thing I liked most about the way they treated my Dad was that they listened to him and didn't just give him sedatives to move through their checklists. The team at Prestige was willing to work with the caregivers we had visiting Dad and they also worked closely with Hospice. Every place has its challenges, but for us this was a perfect place for Dad to spend his days. We are grateful for the time we had with him while he was there.
Do not send your loved one to this place! Their failure to provide nutrition to my grandmother nearly resulted in her death. The “director” only offered to provide basic therapies after she was life flighted from the facility. Also, during her two week stay in the hospital, there was not one phone call from anyone at the facility to check on her condition. That speaks for their “care and dedication” to the residents.
Just wanted to mention how responsive and friendly Prestige Assisted Living is with their residents. I have witnessed it and wanted to let others know about this little gem of a place in Holiday Island! It's hard enough to make choices in life about your loved ones, but having a home away from home and people who truly care about your parent is the THE most important decision. Aronica, Exec. Dir., makes sure that everything is taken care of and she sees it through. What a great staff you have, Prestige --and one more thing, huge kudos to the staff and facility for staying Covid-FREE during a time that was hard to do. They had a Covid FREE plan and it worked and is still working!

Prestige is a great facility! Aronica the executive director goes above and beyond to be there for her residents, resident family members, and staff. Covid has been rough for most facilities, but yay for Prestige they have managed to stay covid free and care for their residents safely.
