My mother came to live at Heritage of Brookstone in October of last year. Immediately, the staff connected with her and she with them. Vernicia, Brenton, Stella and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome. I felt as though I had know them well before our arrival to the community. Heritage of Brookstone has been a great place and a safe place. I would recommend this community to anyone who is considering placement for a loved one.

My apologies if I’m repeated myself my last post must not have posted! Hands down I give this 5 star rating from Venecia, Stella Brenton, Dominique and all the other great techs and staff!! I live in Brookstone and my mother in law is in memory care! We are treated like family and my mother in laws care is of the upmost importance to them! They are the real deal!! They have family events not too mention all the patient activities! Home cooked meals from scratch! Would t dream of having my mother in law anywhere else!! The staff is so good at what they do and everyone is treated with upmost love compassion and dignity always!! ❤️❤️❤️

The hospitality of the employees to their peers, residents and visitors is beyond expectations. I have worked for Heritage of Brookstone for a short time, and I love working for Brookstone. The staff are amazing, and we are more like family than co-workers. . I definitely feel loved here, and it's a great place to work. What is more, the food is wonderful, and the residents are delightful.

This is the worst senior living facility ever.  Extreme poor management mistreatment of residents, meds on the floor, low quality food, fecal odors in hallways, rarely clean rooms, lost laundry.  Administer wrong meds, miss med orders, 6 directors in 4 years.  Charge top dollar for desperate families in search of safe place for loved ones.  Do NOT place your loved one in this place.

The residents seem to fall down a lot, but that's what happens at retirement communities. There always seem to be lots of activities for the residents to participate in, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
