Bobbie Youngblood and the Evergreen staff have been so professional and so kind to my father. Our family as well as others have had to put our trust in the evergreen staff and we are very pleased with his care. We truly appreciate the commitment they have shown during these unprecedented times.
My grandmother has been with Evergreen for a few years now and she has always been treated with the utmost respect. I would not want her anywhere else. All the staff, nurses and cna’s, give all the residents the love and support they need to help them each day. When you visit your family it’s like you are visiting with your extended family.Love EvergreenBest place for your loved ones!!
Evergreen has been a great place for my mom. I was heart broken the day I had to leave my mom there. Not sure how she was going to get along. Over the years I can tell she is being taken care. I realize that no situation is perfect but Evergreen works for our not so perfect situation. The staff, especially Bobbi, has been very helpful when I had questions that I needed answers to. I am happy this place was available when we were searching.
I am so pleased with this facility & all of the staff. My mother-in-law moved into Evergreen May 4, 2020 amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, where she had the best total care available as she was paralyzed on the left side of her body from a stroke. She never had any complaints! We were allowed outdoor visits, FaceTime visits then in-person (across the room) visits after being masked, gowned & temperature checks. For their 65th Wedding Anniversary, we were allowed celebrate with her, this made my in-laws very happy!February 7 she had her last stroke. After being discharged from the hospital back to Evergreen, they allowed us to sit with her when she had Comfort Care. The loving concern of all the staff was so heart-warming & healing for my father-in-law. He has Alzheimer's Disease, he called to check on her daily, the staff became family to him, put his mind at ease & listened to his stories over & over! He loves them all! When he gets to the point that he will no longer be able to live independently, he will live at Evergreen too! My father-in-law & I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs nursing care or just senior care.
My grandmother had been falling. A lot. She was in an assisted living facility, but we felt that she required more care. There was no doubt in my mind, where I wanted to send her. Evergreen was also the only facility at the time that hadn’t had any COVID-19 cases. It was amazing. The transition was super simple and my grandmother did well with the nurses and staff that helped her throughout her care. Thank y’all so much. State of the Art care!
