We are beyond thankful for the personalized care and detail the folks at River Bluffs have provided for my mom and our family. The team is loving and go's the extra mile to ensure we are all working together to support my mom through this disease. Thank you to the leadership team, home health team and care staff for all they do. The world should say "thank you" far more often than it does.
Life Savers- I cannot say enough about the fantastic care providing by the folks at Bella Vista. They love my uncle like he is family- the facility has a ton of common area space which makes it nice for the residents. The philosophy shared by the management is true- the facility was made for the people who live there- it is their home. The Manager interacts with her residents daily and is always available for questions or a hug when you need it. I would highly recommend this facility.
We could not be happier with the amazing staff at Bella Vista Memory Care. Having my mother live at home with my husband and I was near impossible. We tried everything we could until we were unable to continue. It is hard to loose your "identity" as a care giver and trust that someone else will be able to do it as well as I have and Bella Vista Is the Place. Learning a new life other than a full time care giver is difficult but I am so happy to have the Bella Vista family on our team.
Removed my mother in law after 3 1/2 weeks. UTI, edema, bedroom locked every time we visited, no access to her under garments/ depends, her snacks, Bible etc in her room, had someone else's stinky shoes on, urinated clothing 2 out of 4 visits. I won't go on... she's better off now.
My mom has a patient at Bella Vista Memory Care for two years. These two years have been a blessing and we consider the staff as members of our family. My husband and I visit weekly and have had a great experience each time. Dementia is not an easy disease to work with yet these kind people dedicate themselves to helping our loved ones each and every day.
