I tried to call about the loud music from an employee's car, or someone dropped off by an employee in a car. There was nothing done. I live close, (Ryan's Way) and these residents who reside there don't deserve the noise. They are supposed to take care of our loved one's. My grandmother was there. My Mom thinks it was the worst decision she ever made. I do too. Please don't send your loved ones to Abbey Woods

Zero is more like it! A dear lady friend was sent there for rehab on a broken leg. A few days after, NVB the family is told the whole facility is shut down for COVID and she has tested positive. The staff never returned calls, couldn’t figure out zoom calls, even after offering to have them available. The family has had her moved back to the hospital. She arrived at Mosaic with bedsores, elevated heart enzymes, dehydration and COVID! I would not recommend this mess to anyone.

I would love to express how awesome the staff was to my husband while he was in their facility. They took exceptional care of him and made me feel safe knowing that he was in good hands. It's hard to leave a loved one when they are I'll and Abbey Woods made it a easy decision and one me and my family felt comfortable in doing.

I cannot say enough great things about Abbey Woods. My father was there to recover from surgery and the staff were amazing. The therapy staff were so patient and kind. They always took the time to explain what to expect. The nurses always seem to have a smile on their faces and the aides felt us feel right at home. Thank you to all the employees at Abbey Woods. God Bless you all!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Had a family member in this facility. I was a contact person for this family member. Called to check on my family member today and was told she had passed away. I asked when and they told me they didnt know the exact date but about a month ago!!! What the heck - why was I not notified (nor anyone else in the family)!

I’m a current resident of this facility and I have to say that there are some great people here that actually help when you need help and then there are others that could care less if you are alive or not mainly the nurses at night time they completely blow patients off when they are hurting or needing some medical attention. Or they will pawn it off on the next person who comes in. Horrible I do like this place but geez let’s get some better nurses on night shift all of the cnas are amazing. End rant.

I have a family friend's loved one that was staying at this facility who was treated so poorly. There were multiple circumstances where she had unexplained bruises on her, all of which were undocumented. She was not being fed at each meal time. Thankfully her family was able to visit her and see she was not being taken care of properly. When the family did try to contact the facility to get answers of the poor treatment and lack of documentation they received no answers. If you have a loved one in this facility I would transfer them immediately. If you are not able to, please keep a close eye on your loved one and facility. I would never EVER let my loved one or ANYONE I know stay here. I am sure this facility is understaffed, like most, but this is unacceptable.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Multiple times my grandma had bruises on her with no documentation done to explain how or why they got there. They didn't feed her multiple times and made her lose way too much weight (which she has gained back now that she's at a different place). When we called to complain, no action was taken. If you care about your family do not send them here. Also I’ve never been an employee of this place and so I’m not sure what they’re talking about. No violation has been made

I have a family friend whose grandmother was at this facility & was treated extremely poorly. She had undocumented bruising and missed multiple meals. I don’t wish these unfortunate circumstances on anyone. If you care about your family find a different facility.

First of all Daytona Smyth was never an employee of Abbey Woods therefore her review is not a conflict of interest. That said my mother was a resident of Abbey Woods, her weight continued to drop for unknown reasons. She gained 5 pounds in a matter of one week at her new facility. I have pictures of unexplained bruises on her from when she was at Abbie Woods. When questioned about the bruises I didn’t get a response until the second time I asked and I was told oh she probably fell. I believe that information is to be documented so there are no unexplained bruises. There was poor communication and property went missing. Still waiting for the state to reply from the 5 complaints filed.
